The fund has a policy to invest in deposits. Government and\/or private debt instruments offered for sale in Thailand and or securities or other assets or earning interest by other methods as prescribed or approved by the SEC Office for investment by the Fund. The aggregate amount is not less than 80% of the Fund's NAV. However, the Fund will not invest in Structural Notes. and or private debt securities that have been rated as investment grade by credit rating agencies. or other institutions at the Office of the SEC The Fund has no policy to invest in unrated securities and non-investment grade debt securities, except in the case where while the fund began to invest in that instrument The instrument was rated as investment grade, but was later downgraded to below investment grade in order for the fund to continue to hold the instrument. as well as having time to reduce the ratio to be as prescribed by the SEC Office, except the SEC or the SEC Office.
